HOW TO LOOK UP YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You can visit the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) site to look up your current qualifications and the expiry date of your VSC.  It  is also where team officials can sign up for or find information on any Hockey Alberta Clinics. 

• If your HCR profile is not with KC South, you will have to request a transfer. To transfer your profile, we require your full name and date of birth.

COACH CLINIC REIMBURSEMENT  

KC South coaches can submit their receipts reimbursement of course fees that are required for the current season as per Hockey Alberta's Coach Course requirements for the team's level of play (including RIS Activity Leader). Receipts need to be submitted to treasurer@kcsouthhockey.ca.

All coach clinic reimbursement cheques will be issued on November 15th. Any claims received after this date will be reimbursed between January 15th - January 31st.
