Registration requirement:
In order for registration to be consider completed
● The online registration form must be completed with all required documentation.
● The $300 volunteer deposit must be paid or submitted by post-dated cheque (Cheque Date March 31, 2027)
● Respect in Sport Parent must be completed by at least one parent and up to date (expires every four years)

U11 & U13 High Performance Program
This program is designed for players looking for additional development opportunities and will require a higher level of commitment from both players and families. This program is available only to players in the U11 and U13 age categories.
If your player is interested in being evaluated for our High Performance Program, please select the option during registration. Once evaluations are completed, offers will be made to selected players.
**Please note, there is an additional $500 fee for players who are offered and accept a position in the program; this fee will be collected after teams are formed.**
For players selected for the High Performance Program, additional fees cover: 18hrs of additional on-ice practices, 8hrs of additional dryland and 9 additional hours of development.
** SPECIAL GOALIE PRICING **
KC South will offer a 25% Discount for the First 4 Goalies in the U11 & U13 Age Divisions; and First 2 Goalies in U15.
Goalies will also be given the opportunity to participate in Goalie Specific Development.

*All U9–U15 players will participate in our development program, which includes: Dryland training (U9 to U13 - 8 hrs/ U15 - 16 hrs), one on-ice practice per week, one game per week and three scheduled power skating sessions per team.
Payment options:
● Online payment - may be made with a credit card at time of registration
● Offline payment - contact the registrar for e-transfer instructions, or a cheque may be mailed to KC South Hockey (address below). There is a $25 fee for any cheques returned for NSF.
●Volunteer Deposit cheque of $300 MUST be received prior to the first Evaluations skate for your player. They will not be allowed to participate until your volunteer deposit has either been paid or a cheque has been submitted to the association.

Refund Policy
Players who withdraw in writing to KC South Hockey:
● PRIOR TO ANY EVALUATIONS may apply for a 100% refund of paid fees minus $50 administration fee.
● PRIOR TO PLACEMENT ON A TEAM may apply for a refund of 80% of paid fees minus $50 administration fee.
● AFTER PLACEMENT ON A TEAM by the Category Director will be INELIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND.
